The roleis part oftheglobal O2C teamwhich sits withintheGlobal Finance Services (GFS)& Group Controllersfunction. The O2C team has two key elements, the designand ownershipofglobalO2Cprocesses and the operationalservicedeliveryresponsibility.
The O2C team has representation in Cambridge (UK), Warsaw (Poland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)and San Jose (Costa Rica). We are supported by Genpact operating from Delhi (India), Cluj (Romania), Lublin (Poland),Guatemala City (Guatemala)andUberlandia (Brazil).
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Usedata,analytics,knowledgeandexpertisetoidentifycontinuous improvementopportunities.
- Work to deliver robust sustainable and scalable solutions,fixand drive change; maximise technical efficiency and improve effectiveness on ways of working the ‘end to end’.
- Interactand work closelywithfellow O2C team members,provide enhancements to overcome operational challenges to positively influence business outcomes and customer experience.
- Work collaboratively across organisational and geographical boundariesto ensure service levels aremaintainedor improved.
Essential requirements:
At least 5 years extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), along with expertise or an interest in banking within a corporate setting.
Proficiency with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA is also required.
Inquisitive, energetic, proactive and self-motivated with the capability to build strong internal and external relationships with global stakeholders. Confident to challenge the status quo.
Demonstrates professional curiosity and skill in identifying root causes, mastering issues, and implementing effective solutions independently or within a team.
A practical and analytical professional with a proven history of driving continuous improvement.
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills and is fluent in English.
Ability to succeed within a Global matrix organisation.
Desirable Skills:
- Ideally with a relevant qualification e.g. Lean Six Sigma.
